Produced in the traditional way, the pieces are massaged with salt, and once marinated, the black peppercorns are spread by hand over the surface.
Balanced flavour, with just the right touch of pepper... and nothing more.
Stuffed into natural casings, dried with holm oak wood brazier and cured for more than four months in a natural drying room.
