ALMIREZ (DLADEMANDA SPECIAL EDITION). Red wine, D.O. Toro. Grapes: 100% Tinta de Toro. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels. 91 Parker points. Bodegas Teso la Monja.

CAPITELES DE LAS VINYADEIRAS. White wine, D.O. Ribeiro. Grapes: Treixadura and Albariño. Harvested by hand and aged on lees. Winery: small producers.
